The item had been resealed with tape and the pull tab on the item was in the box too. It also came with the 10th anniversary Madoka card, which now sits in a special place on my desk. The Soul gem is fully functional, as well as the grief seed. It looks like i just picked the item off the shelves myself.

The sellers communication was top notch, they were checking in every step of the way which I really appreciated! The Sailor Moon nail polish is super cute and came very well packaged. There was absolutely no damage to the box or any of the polishes; shipping was also fast. I would absolutely buy again from this seller, great experience and products :)

If I was to give some feedback that could help I would suggest better packaging. My book was shipped only protected by bubble wrap back. Unfortunately one corner of the book was torn and bent.
