    First one arrived cracked, by no fault of the seller-it was packed well- it happens with glass and shipping companies. An important note on how well the replacement went. Communication was quick and easy to understand, and it really went smoothly and the replacement arrived super quick all this happening over the Thanksgiving weekend. I mean really- this was the smoothest bumpy transaction I have ever had. Super happy, and the part is in good condition, as described and good quality- thanks!
