Then I offered the seller a lowball price on the Dansko shoes. ( They already discounted. )I received the nicest letter back declining my offer . I’m a 100% 😊 Happy with my shoes & seller

On the invoice included in the box, the size that I had actually ordered was crossed out with black marker. I complained and the seller offered a return, but that would've been at my expense and time. Luckily the larger size was an acceptable fit, but I really would've appreciated a message from the seller before they sent a different size than what I ordered.
