Brand new, with a 'heatsink' on one side which did throw me at first but still fitted neatly with the other heatsink i had brought to go with this. Came with a dinky screw driver and more importantly, the tiny m.2 screw! The box it arrived in is very solid on it's own, meaning very little chance of damage in trasit. When funds allow, will be ordering again, and again. Fantastic!
