The business was quick to respond and address my concerns. I was able to find and order a replacement tile and was refunded the amount purchased for the replacement. Very prompt and super kind and understanding. Even sent me links to finding replacement tiles. They even offered to refund me the full amount plus shipping if I wanted to return the game. Overall experience was pleasant and stress free.

These are definitely nice filters. Each pack of 3 comes with a paper that outlines the NIOSH certification they have associated with them. For the price paid these are definitely worth it!
