Once I sent a short video of the problem along with a description, the seller sent me a replacement unit, no extra charge. The second unit is working great. I took 3 days longer to receive than they first estimated and when I received it, it was missing a wheel. However I contacted the seller and they sent me another one free of charge and I didn't have to return the one missing the wheel. Took another 6 days to receive but they did right by me.
