Seller said this was normal & it doesn't effect the 2 back tires. But it does they are defective. I'm disabled I don't want to fall. Poor quality control. I tried to work with the seller he offered me $10.00. That will not replace the tires. It took a bit to have someone put it together for me so there was a delay of me realizing the problem. I showed the seller pictures. It didn't matter. I nevered used it I was afraid too. Safety first.
