We contacted the seller and sent pictures of the packing and he graciously resent another part no charge. The second part arrived intact and undamaged in the packing. It was not the seller fault the package was damaged, it appeared to be torn in transit from USPS and the part was lost.

After about 3-weeks, I contacted the seller to ask the status. He immediately responded, apologized and issued a credit to my account. Two weeks later the parts finally arrived and I offered to have the credit reversed. The seller responded immediately again and told me just to keep the goods gratis in exchange for the delay. Great customer service!!!! The parts themselves are very high quality.
