Came with clear instructions, clear bag over leaves, blocked direct sunlight till they settle in. Shipping was great in usps box. Sealed Plastic bag, moist newspaper wrapped around roots. Seller also obliged a sample plum cutting. Communication is clear, firm and crisp. Response quickly to questions. I definitely recommend and buy here again. I am new to gardening and will probably buy again as problems arises.

The cuttings were as described, very healthy and professionally packed, and the shipping was fast. He also added 2 extra cuttings, and they are all sprouted now. The shipping was excellent and even came a day early and the postman actually followed the directions on the package. I am very pleased with the olive tree I got. The tree is healthy, planted very well, and may even be larger than advertised.
