They kindly sent me a replacement, having assured me that it was tested before packing. However, the replacement was also faulty. They have refused to refund me, and have implied that I am lying. Buyer flatly refused to return but still demanded money back! You couldn't do this in an ordinary shop - if something is faulty you still have to return it.
