I made a mistake with my order and he worked with me right away to fix it. I ordered a shock, it was pristine and exactly as described. Unfortunately it ended up not fitting my bike and the seller was very understanding and even though he doesnt normally allow refunds he really went above and beyond to let me ship it back! Super nice guy and would love to buy from him again!! :)

The brake set was exactly as described, new and never used. Brakes came in a big plastic bag with parts separated into easy to find bags and very easy to install on the bike, the whole set up looked great and was easy to use. Would recommend this seller.
