I was sent a replacement screen for a pixel 7a that was defective - the screen had no touch input and getting the return has been impossible. Multiple questions to prove the return is necessary, no return label provided, when asked directly for an address to ship the return directly none was given. I wound up shipping back to the address it was shipped from and hoping for the best.
