First produced in 1938, RCA 63K7 vacuum tubes are a valuable part of musical history. Jazz and the blues were starting to come into their own as genres. Artists like Ella Fitzgerald and Billie Holliday produced albums that were in high demand. People would sing along as songs from these vocalists were played on the radio. It was around that time that Les Paul created the first solid-body electric guitar that would revolutionize the music scene. Frank Sinatra and Bing Crosby gave voice to the pop music of the time, while Glenn Miller put his touch on the big band phenomenon of the era.
