The package the item very well by packaging all 5 in bubble wrap and then packing all of them into more bubble wrap together. The seller was also very responsive and kept me updated very well. The condition is perfect and its appearance is amazing. I will definitely use this seller again in the future since they did such a wonderful job with this gift. It was priced perfectly and in such good quality. Will definitely do more business with them in the future

Sadly one of my ordered devices was in bad condition and not according to the description. But because of the very good customer service we were able to find a good and fast solution for this issue in my interest. So overall I can recommend “Traum Japan” and I will consider it for future orders.
