Yodel failed to arrive on the date item should have been delivered, then made out they had attempted delivery. Was supposed to deliver between 7-9am next day but again failed to turn up. I stayed in all day and have now found out that yodel marked it as being returned to the sender this morning. ANGRY WITH YODEL NOT WITH THE SELLER. I contacted seller and they refunded no quibble.

There was a problem with this order insomuch it got lost at the couriers office so didn't arrive on time. I got in touch with the seller who sorted this out within half an hour, sending me a replacement item which arrived promptly. The test of a great seller is how they respond when things don't go to plan. Globe packaging were excellent in their response and I would highly recommend for their quality of customer service and communication.
