The original box it came in was dinged up due to the soft packaging used for the shipment, but it's a hard drive. I don't think you could get extra value from the box after a few years of normal use. The scratch-preventing plastic cover protecting the plastic on the drive was/is naturally bubbly which was interesting, but no qualms. The drive went through rigorous tests and didn't appear to have any problems. Will buy again from this seller if needed.

Kept showing error and would not stay connected to my PC. Requested a return, printed label, and message said refund would be processed upon USPS scanning label. And it was. The whole return & refund process was automatic and instant. I am satisfied with the seller but not so much with the product.

No visible damage. However, this drive is extremely finnicky at best. Many times it would entirely crash file explorer or even my entire computer when I attempted to open it or transfer files through third party apps, something that no other external drive, sd card, etc has ever done. Eventually, I had to tediously transfer every file individually. Would not reccomended unless no other option
