The bag was 100% VINYL. His pictures show a dark brown & cream colored item. I received a 3-colored item (med brown, white, & pink/purple). The listing photos were altered. After return, the seller contacted eBay to claim I destroyed the item and he can't resell, which is a 100% fabrication. When I contacted the merchant they said I could send it back but refused to pay for the $23 in shipping it cost me to have it shipped!! Why should I pay for their mistake? It is possible the item was damaged during shipping although the buyer did not report any such issue. It is also possible that the item was damaged buy the buyer who may have dropped it?
