  The pottery piece unfortunately came broken in four pieces in transit, seller did a great job of contacting usps for insurance claim, then worked with Ebay to process a refund for damaged face jug, great communication with him throughout the problem, he did ship very quickly and did a nice job of securely packaging the piece, the item looked exactly like the listing and his pricing is fair, I will visit his shop again and hopefully acquire a new, intact piece, recommended, A++

  I purchased a number of face jugs from this seller. Am very pleased with my purchases and am sure I’ll be back for more !sooner than later. Items are exactly as described and pictured! ,my purchased arrived in 3 days and each item was beautifully wrapped. Communication with this seller was easy and promptly accomplished.
