A Wall Street Journal, USA Today, and Publishers Weekly Bestseller! "An indispensable guide for introverts and extroverts alike who want to shine when performing in public." - Inc. Magazine Steal the Show surprised me. It might be the most unique and practical book written on the topic of public speaking and performance in everyday life. And it's about so much more than just public speaking. You'll learn how to express yourself authentically, be more creative and increase your confidence in all aspects of life." --Howard Behar, former president, Starbucks Coffee "Speaking in public is not just an art, it's a craft that can be learned and improved upon in order to change the treasures that can be mined. On that account, Port's latest book, steals the show." - Peter Guber, CEO, Mandalay Entertainment & #1 NYT bestselling author, TELL TO WIN "If anyone knows how to steal the show, it's Michael Port. In this tour de force, he shares his secret method on how anyone, even the most inexperienced, can wow an audience. Jeff Goins, Best-selling author of The Art of Work "It takes decades of coaching and practice to become a truly fascinating speaker. But it turns out, there's a shortcut: you can apply Michael Port's principles to immediately stand out and steal the show." --Sally Hogshead, Hall of Fame Speaker and NY Times Bestselling author of How the World Sees You "An engaging book on how to dazzle audiences. Michael Port shares effective techniques for rehearsing and performing." --Adam Grant, Wharton professor and New York Times bestselling author of Give and Take, A Wall Street Journal, USA Today, and Publishers Weekly Bestseller! In this tour de force, he shares his secret method on how anyone, even the most inexperienced, can wow an audience. As a professional communicator, I'll be studying this over and over--and I won't be the only one." --Jeff Goins, Best-selling author of The Art of Work "This isn't my first rodeo. I've been hosting a radio show and podcast for nearly a decade, speaking to millions of people and am an experienced performer. I felt great behind the mic but was at a loss when it came to crushing it on stage when speaking in front of groups people. I went to dozens of public speaking coaches and got the same old, tired advice. Then I met Michael, saw him coach a student, and was blown away. Michael cuts to the core of what you actually need to get ridiculously good at speaking and performing, and the results are even more dramatic than I'd envisioned (and I'm a tough customer at this point). No tricks, just legit results that ensure that I'm the most popular speaker at every event which has been great for business. I now speak all over the world from the Pentagon, Afghanistan, India and Europe as well as the largest business conferences. I can safely say that this would frankly NEVER have happened if it weren't for Michael and his team. Steal the Show is the only book you'll ever need when it comes to performance and public speaking. Now, stop reading the cover and dig into the book. You've got work to do." --Jordan Harbinger, Co-Founder of the Art of Charm "It takes decades of coaching and practice to become a truly fascinating speaker. But it turns out, there's a shortcut: you can apply Michael Port's principles to immediately stand out and steal the show." --Sally Hogshead, Hall of Fame Speaker and NY Times Bestselling author of How the World Sees You "If you want to be effective in person -- have people buy what you're selling, say "yes" to your next big idea, follow your leadership, and, of course, give a killer speech -- Steal the Show is the book for you." --Gabriel Weinberg, Founder, DuckDuckGo.com and Angel Investor "Steal the Show surprised me. - a***a (346)- Feedback lasciato dall'acquirente.Ultimi 6 mesiAcquisto verificatoThis hardback book is of the highest quality, has a fine appearance , arrived in perfect condition, and is an excellent value. On what I was not asked about this time, communicating with the seller would have required using email outside of the eBay system, because they do not accept eBay messages, the book was well packed in a purpose-designed cardboard box, the shipping was faster than I expected for the bound media rate, and the book was exactly as described and pictured.Tameshigiri - The History and Development of Japanese Sword Testing by Sesko (N° 282906424466)
- r***w (213)- Feedback lasciato dall'acquirente.Ultimi 6 mesiAcquisto verificatoItem was lost in delivery- but after some communication, seller was understanding and provided a refund. I ordered another and had it sent elsewhere. My main issue was that it felt as if I was getting automated responses at first!! Please have humans review human inquiries!! It was painstaking explaining the situation to an A.I. who only repeats unhelpful replies. Thanks again!! Otherwise. Great price! Great seller!
- a***o (684)- Feedback lasciato dall'acquirente.Ultimi 6 mesiAcquisto verificatoBook is like new as described (remainder). Price was fair Shipping time was quick, but one problem is the packaging. It was simply put in a big brown envelope (too big for the mailbox) with no inner packing i.e no plastic wrapping inside to protect the book. The book was left outside our door in the rain while we were out and the envelope was soaked. When we dried the package and opened it the back of the dust jacket was wet. I suggest the seller use some inner package packing to the protect it
