No screws supplied and my old frame had 12 not 16 so made a trip to Ace Hardware. Manufacturers' hole cut in doors vary, so I added caulking all around the outer frame to ensure no water gets in past the outer seal.

Quality was as advertised, brand new and it looks great, I believe this was a good value especially as compared to a used OEM dash.
