I bought this to replace my current one that I received as a gift a year and a half ago... the exact same one. Only difference is my current one came packaged in a labeled manufacturers box, whereas, this new one purchased came in a generic flimsy bag without labeling or tags. That's why I'm saying it was advertised new but I suspect it's new without packaging. Not concerned as it's for me but if it were for a gift...

Reached out again and sent photo of item recieved. Was told it was “literally” the item pictured. Had to point out that it was not the style sweater as advertised. Not at all helpful or polite.
