I messaged to say exactly what was dispatched then? No reply. Asked for a refund. That was given today. What an awful company. Wish I’d read the reviews first, but won’t use them again. BEWARE.

I asked for it to be put right by sending an extra metre of one colour and rather than send it, they said they'd sent it and it got lost in the post. I asked for a tracking number and none was given. They gave me a refund for that metre of fabric but I wanted the fabric to finish a sewing job I now can't complete. Very unreliable seller.
