Really appreciated the effort to ensure they arrived carefully, going as far as to wrap package with cardboard so it wouldn't be crushed and having it labeled as fragile for gentle handling showing consideration for the value I held for my item. Also happy about how quickly it was shipped out and delivered, which I took as proof of item quality. The little "thank-you" sticker was a nice touch!
