Was carefully wrapped to withstand the rough handling inflicted by USPS--one end of the box caved in, but no damage! I was seeking parts for a similar pen, and this fit the bill. The price was definitely right, and shipping was quite reasonable. Good people to deal with! I did not receive the package until today (Nov. 1) due to problems with our local Post Office.
