The box looks brand new and the price with shipping included was a great deal. Seller shows photo of completed puzzle so I could buy with confidence. The crystal was impeccably packed, arriving safely. What minor imperfections made known prior to the purchase were almost impossible to find. I have fallen in love with the piece and plan to visit the shop again in hopes of finding more treasures and great customer service!

Unfortunately, 1 bowl was broken, although they were packed really well. It looks like the shipper was a little careless (understatement). When contacted about the broken bowl, the seller was wonderful in refunding the price of that bowl.
