    The part was exactly as described. The seller was awesome, contacted me to make sure I was aware of a small blemish that was mentioned in the description and offered to double check model numbers to ensure it was compatible. Very friendly. Very prompt about contacting me and shipping the unit as well. Everything was packaged really nicely too.

    Tracking showed that we received this item on Sept. 30th, but that was incorrect. We were concerned that we hadn’t received it, and the seller replied quickly. We did have our item on October 6th. The delivery came the next day after our inquiry, and we believe the delay was from the post office. Seller was helpful, and we have what we ordered. It worked out perfectly for us. Everything was in good condition, was exactly what we ordered and matched well.

    Condition was better than the photo. Scooter parts helped me so much. He got on a video call with me and showed me the part in real time. He went out of his way to explain how to install the piece and offered to do another call to walk me through it. I managed to get it done just from his instructions alone.
