I then purchased the 740 set which includes the metal gearboxes (easier to modify) and the newer "prototype" heads. The 740 set uses the medium centerset shank. As usual very pleased with the Kadee brand. Package was brand new - unopened.

I think the seller did well packaging the item, but USPS did a nice number by clearly throwing it around. The loading dock and a bumper broke off. And the roof/overhang got damaged. The box looked fine but the originally packaging left a little room for movement. I was able to fix it so I am ok with it now. Again...not sellers fault! Thanks for doing what you could! 👍
