FIX did not work, black cartridge still not working. I have messaged them multiple times (7) over the last 6 weeks and have had NO RESPONSE back at all. I WILL NOT BE A REPEAT CUSTOMER! NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE in 2025

It shows that it's empty but I know it isn't. Could I send it back with the empty ones in the little white bag for recycling? I will leave it in the plastic bag that it came in so you would know the difference. Thank you very much for this service. We have just opened a food pantry and we use this printer all the time. Won't buy again from seller. Found cheaper price ink for 10pk ink.. Seller no good... Don't buy!!!

The second was damaged in shipment. Apparently the post snail ate the thing and it leaked into the packing.
