Appearance is a 10/10 (for Vittoria packaging design). Package and tubes condition gets a 10/10. After ordering from an Amazon vendor, apparently a hardware store, I received everything wrong about the tubes ordered (granted, they did send me butyl). I live in a small town, however, and am now grateful to know someone out there who gets the order right -- Viva Nonstop Ciclismo!
