The actual unit is quite large for a tank of this size. I have cut the sponge in half & have added bio rings & a small bag of Purigen Love it!

The item content although a mousse is really similar to a snack pot. Delivery was within time frame. But price wise not worth £3.33. It was "free post" but I think postage was in the £3.33. wouldn't say good value. Communication was minimal but .no need for more. Customer choice if you try the product.

My parcel was lost by Royal Mail and Beth immediately offered a refund or a replacement. When the product was sent a second time the delivery company did not notify me and I assumed it had been lost again. However, a quick message to Beth resolved the issue. She sent me a photo of the parcel which had been (too) well hidden behind a bin! The updates and replies were very swift and I really want to praise their customer care. Mr Guariglia
