I don't think the actual voltage is super accurate but you just want to know if it's good or really low, or just marginal. I like this better than the meter type, and this one can do LiOn 4v batteries as well! I already had one but got these for friends.

The USPS taped it shut, put a photocopied note inside, and delayed it for a full week. Fortunately only one of the ten was slightly dented, and they didn't' lose any of them.
