Having some issues getting the off-brand HP61XL cartridge to print w/o horizontal lines after refilling but it's better than it being totally out of ink. I'm in the 4th round of cleaning the HP61XL and it's getting a bit better, but the original HP61 behaves 100% perfectly after refilling -- no lines, no issues. Thanks!

I made them aware of the problem on my second order attempt, so they wouldn't be incompetent and send it through the same carrier. Of course, they ignored this message and sent it through the same carrier. Which is now delayed again. This is just a fraudulent listing, you'll never receive your items. This was my second attempt with them, and their support is absolutely horrible, lazy, and just brush you off.
