    Excellent new unopened factory box. Great seller, great communication,will buy from again however Horrible shipping time. If shipping to hawaii do not ship usps ground advantage, they will stick it on the barge and you won't be able to see any updates or know where it is while you wait 3-4 weeks. (26 days) . It would be nice if there was a flat rate option for shipping in the future.

    USPS delivered two of the four packages in a reasonable amount of time. However, two were misplaced (AZ and IL respectively) stretching order to delivery out past two weeks. If not for the excellent packaging of these trees . . . no doubt damage would have been resulted. Always a five-star seller. Thank you!
