Wouldn't tune, took it to a shop and was told it was technically a viola with the wrong strings and way too high of a bridge to play. Bow "hairs" are just plastic strings that do nothing. Can't return due to repair shop work trying to get it to even tune. It seems the bow is missing rosin so that no sound comes out, please be noted that rosin has to be applied to the bow for at least 15-20 minutes the first time. I had a slight issue with the bow hairs on my first order and when I contacted the seller, they offered to send a replacement for free! And when it arrived I saw that they had even rosined it for me.
