Box arrived a bit battered, but internal packaging made sure it survived the trip. There was a shipping issue, but the seller proactively shipped a new unit on an expedited shipping lane to get it to me in the early end of the original shipping window. When I asked about the shipping issues I got prompt 24hr responses, despite a significant time zone difference. I would recommend this seller.
