The returns process and his communication was shoddy and relentless. Asked for my bank details and everything which is a violation. The pictures showed very clearly what visual condition the product is in and the description did not say that it is in perfect visual condition. It's a shame that we can't post all of our correspondence here, which proves that you're wrong.
