I emailed the seller and received a reply within 30 minutes stating a replacement would be mailed out the same day - EXCELLENT response! The new shipment was also in a bubble-pak envelope which was also damaged by USPS. This time the seller put the screw in a small ziplock baggie which prevented loss. Great customer service! Awesome Seller !!

How ever the shipping co. dropped my item and broke the cavitation plate off. i contacted roman marine salvage and they were on top of the situation and wasted no time resolving the issues i have another unit on the way as we speak. If i could give them ten stars i would. Highly recommend them for you first choice. They put the customer first no questions asked.Johnson Evinrude Outboard 88 90 100 112 115 hp Lower Unit Gearcase Shaft 20" (N° 357068927078)
