Item came as expected and described. Case was not the original one though, so I reached out to the seller about it, and he made it right by sending me the proper case, which was greatly appreciated. I would absolutely purchase from this seller again, and I highly recommend him. Honest and fair in his dealings unlike a lot of others on EBay. Can’t get any better than that. Seller was responsive, professional, and friendly when notified. Seller agreed to send a replacement case at a later date, when one became available, and has stuck to that informal agreement. The prices on the Etnia frames are some of the lowest you'll find anywhere and I wouldn't hesitate to order from this seller again.
