Opening the box the packaging was poor just a little packing paper to separate the irons. The heads and grips weren't wrapped with any kind of protection and still had dirt all over the heads. Then I noticed 3 shafts were bent. Left an email asking to have a partial refund due to the bent shafts and got response 3 days later saying they can only refund the whole order. Good company but should adjust policy for such orders.

However, the box was torn open with clubs hanging out. No protection inside the box (maybe it fell out). As usual, the lot was a great value, but that is quickly diminished by an awful packing job. Hard to say as described when almost zero description is given.

Golf club is in better shape than the photos indicated. The price also was quite reasonable. Golf club was well packaged. Before purchasing, I had a question to the seller, and they responded very promptly. Shipping cost was FREE. Wonderful.
