We immediately accepted the buyer’s return request and approved a 100% refund with free return shipping. The buyer then declined the offer and instead requested only a large discount to keep the item they did not want. Since the item was never returned after the refund was approved and free return shipping provided, we reported the situation to eBay for review the buyer to ensure all sellers and buyers are treated fairly.
