When I received the item, the game cartridge's label was peeling off, and the case had damage as well. The packing was also very poor, absolutely no protection at all. I requested a return, which was denied by the seller, saying they never noticed the peeling off, and the game looked fine when they shipped it. They basically hid the damage and lied about the condition.
