    Working with this seller was a positive experience. They had a porcelain replacement part that I need for a project I am working on. Unfortunately it arrived damaged. However, the business refunded me fully, and didn’t require me to send it back. (I provided pictures of the damage.) This saved me repackaging and the hassle of taking it back to FedEx. I’m still on the hunt for the part I need, but they are pleasant to work with.
