When I realized I didn't get the base, I contacted the seller. The seller denied it came with the vacuum base even after I quoted her own description. She never took responsibility for her own wording in the post. She offered for me to return the peeler at my expense After multiple attempts for me to resolve, I gave up Iit became an argument. She was totally unreasonable. Sent her lots of information and pictures of what this item consisted of & she still insisted differently. I told her to return item if she was unhappy but she didn’t want to. Wanted ME to buy a mat for her.
