Happy w seller. Did NOT enjoy delivery & tracking by DHL. Message tells you they are coming and you have to be in. So--online & postpone delivery to a day when you can make it. Then arrange leave with boss. Then go online & reschedule again. Their website lets you do all this, and confirms new delivery. But it's broken because depot don't get told about a 2nd change. I was nervous about its authenticity, but it is 100% genuine PopMart, and it was in mint condition (factory seal, all contents inside sealed & perfect)! Arrived in less than a week from Japan to Los Angeles CA!! The price was fair, and no shipping costs! Love my CryBaby Monsters Tears collection! Just in time for Halloween! Thank you!!
