    Excellent, excellent, excellent. I messaged the sell. Hey, when do you think my package would arrive? Because I noticed it still said paid. And they have always been great to me anyways. He immediately responded and said between 5 and 10. I saw that message, went on my porch, and it was there. I was so happy. Thank you guys for always being on time and making my life easier.     The seller sent incorrect item (which also was 2x cheaper). Never responded on my messages. I asked for return & refund. Only after escalating the issue to Ebay the seller finally offered a return option (to drive to Staples, because this sale was a dropship from Amazon), which took me more than an hour of driving there (another hour+ to come back). The return process was not showing on Ebay (because it's not Amazon). The refund was issued only with the help of Ebay. HORRIBLE SELLER!! AVOID!!!!!
