Reached out to the seller asking for a partial refund and seller obliged; communication was excellent. Disaster recovery is more telling of character than failure avoidance. In that regard, I highly recommend!

Tested the worst condition router and it worked great and was as described. There was a minor issue that the power cables weren't included as advertised, BUT the seller immediately responded and offered to either refund me the value of the cables or ship them to me separately. The seller was quick to respond when I contacted them about the issue. I was given the option of returning for a full refund or keeping the item for a partial refund.
