The rabbit arrived during the shipping window. It was just as described. The rabbit was like new with no fading or wear. My MIL had bought the same bunny for my son in 1993 and he loved it until most of the fur was gone. I have been looking for a replacement for a couple of decades. Contacted the seller,went back and forth for a while,and came to no resolution. They just wanted me to spend more of my personal time and money to return it. Their attitude was cold and rude from start to finish. I was treated as a burden for daring to have any sort of issue. Buyer spent more “personal time” messaging me to get a price reduction than it would of took to just package and return item. Buyer’s motto may as well be, “I make stuff up, now give me a price reduction because I said so”.
