The speaker was as described and was brand new. The price of the speaker was very very fair. Once it was setup it worked better than expected. Overall appearance was in perfect shape.

I contacted the seller and they were very quick and easy to deal with and help with my issue and providing me multiple options to fix my problem with the device. The item was well packaged and in great condition other than the damage from FedEx.
