The peoduct photos were taken such a way so that I could not see that the product had serious scratches. When I purchased, I noticed and asked them if it had some scratches and because of I suspect i asked for refund, it was sunday and still they arranged immediate shipment on sunday 😀😀 so i could not refund the product. I have all the communication with you saved. You purchased a $30 USED emblem with multiple photos of the item shown in the ad. You never asked for the order to be canceled. If so, eBay would have honored that and the item never shipped on a Sunday as there is no USPS service on a Sunday. I offered you to return the item for a full refund yet you still have not done that. I suggest going to the dealer and purchasing a brand new emblem.
