The seller offered a return, however I was/am in another country for 3 weeks, and have no way to make the return window. Be careful when purchasing a used/refurbished items, as they are not always tested.

It looked brand new, as you can see in the photo. Unfortunately, I made an error in my research and the card ended up being too big for my case (100% my fault, nothing to do with the seller). Seller gave a 100% refund when the return was given to them. Can't say anything about their products, but their customer service at least is not worthy of complaint.

I removed the shipping tape placed by the manufacturer from the printer. Ink was still sealed in plastic bags. Basically a new printer. Installed today, works great. I recommend this seller. Everything was as promised.
